Description
The secret of oolong: by shaking the dried tea leaves, the juice it exudes reacts with the oxygen in the air and develops the aromatic base to the tea
which, depending on the degree of oxidation, tastes somewhere between green and black tea.
The traditional, partially fermented, milky oolong tea derives its delicate milky tone and slightly caramel aroma during the production process.
